Before your first session in our infrared sauna room, you’ll need to watch this induction video to understand how to use our sauna, follow safety procedures and get the most from your session. We may follow up just to make sure you got a chance to view it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Whether you need 10 minutes or 45, our sauna room sessions give you a full 1 hour of access. This gives you time to warm up your sauna and comfortably enjoy your session without rushing.

  • Yes! Booking your spot ensures the sauna room is reserved just for you. You can reserve up to 1 minute before the session starts - whether you’re planning ahead or dropping in. All sauna session can be easily booked through the Satori member app under “appointments”.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable, lightweight clothing.

  • For your comfort and hygiene, always bring a towel and water bottle to stay hydrated. If you forget your towel, we keep some in our bathroom.

  • Our Sauna room is purpose built and located in in our women’s only facility, next to the bathrooms (for showering convenience). The room is designed for solo use so that you can enjoy privacy during your session.

  • This depends on your comfort level and routine, but many women enjoy using it a few times per week.


    If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether sauna use is suitable for you, we recommend speaking with your healthcare professional first.
